The Municipality’s BAKUT (Büyükçekmece Search and Rescue Team) worked coordinately for 10 days with Antalya Metropolitan Municipality’s teams to fight fires that occurred in Antalya’s Manavgat and Gündo?mu? districts and their villages. Mayor Akgün stated that the BAKUT Team will be ready for the possible disasters and all the measures are taken accordingly. In this regard, citizens are educated in order to elude these disasters with less harm.
