The City of Skopje has established its first Eco-Council, or Green Council. 25 experts and civil sector representatives from the field of environmental protection, urban planning, traffic and energy efficiency are part of this newly formed Eco Council - Green Council of the City of Skopje. The Council will create ideas, proposals and policies for issues and matters that originate from the members of the body, other organizations and institutions, as well as from the citizens themselves. Thereby, the issues that will be treated as well as the offered solutions will be realistic and feasible, and they will be realized by the relevant departments in the City of Skopje.
