Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg

With a dual authority under a shared administration, the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg bring together 7,000 staff across the territory. The citizen participation policy has been developed over the years, leading to the creation of a Department of Citizen Participation, working in direct connection with the Territorial Departments in the 20 neighborhoods that make up Strasbourg.
