<p> Andalusia is an autonomous region of 87 000 square kilometers and a population of 8.5 millions inhabitants. Located in the South of Spain it has a status of Autonomus Region that allows him, to promote programmes for local autonomy. The Andalusian Government invests in greater power of town councils and in high-intensity participation of citizens to democracy.</p>
