System 48 hours for reporting communal problems

SYSTEM 48 - Bijelo Polje application allows citizens of Bijelo Polje to report a communal problem in the Municipality at any time and in a simple way. The citizens can follow the status of solving reported communal problems both through the application and through the portal at the address: https://bijelopolje.sistem48.me/ Within 48 hours, the competent services go to the field and solve the problem (if possible) or inform the applicant about the manner and deadline for solving the problem. Recently a new multiplatform version of the mobile application has been created - for iOS and Android operating systems. The System 48 hours and updated versions will be shared with citizens trough viber community Bijelo Polje, website of the Municipality and a press release.
