La Conférence permanente des villes et municipalités - Association nationale des villes et municipalités de Serbie (SCTM), fondée en 1953, regroupe des villes, municipalités et communes.
Notre mission est de représenter les intérêts des membres et de soutenir leur développement par le biais d'activités communes, en fournissant des services de haute qualité conformément aux normes de l'UE, afin de créer les conditions d'une autonomie locale développée et efficace.
Nous représentons en particulier les intérêts des collectivités locales dans le processus d'intégration de l'UE et la coopération internationale.
