Conference on citizen participation in decision-making in the environment and information in emergency situations with the aspect of localization of SDG in total and especially goal 11

The conference will be held in a hybrid format. The aim of the conference is to present the SCTM Methodology on Surveying Customer's Satisfaction with communal services and experiences from the Local Level. This Methodology is based on the experience of seven local governments that participated in the programme "Support to Local Governments in Serbia on the Road to EU Accession: Improving Service Quality, Stakeholder Dialogue and Local Government Efficiency" funded by the Government of Sweden and implemented by the SCTM and the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR). The second part of the conference will be dedicated to the way of informing citizens in emergency situations - examples of municipalities. The target group of this conference are decision makers at the local level and employees in local governments dealing with issues in the field of utilities, environmental protection and emergencies.
