Democracy in Cards: The Matching Game

The Democracy Cards Game, created for the European Local Democracy Week, aims to help municipal employees strengthen their understanding of democracy and local governance in an enjoyable way. The game consists of three difficulty levels: green, orange and red. Participants compete to match questions with the correct answers as quickly as possible. Through this activity, the municipality encouraged social interaction, teamwork and greater awareness of democratic values among its staff.
