Youth Project “City-Creator”

This project stipulates for a series of educational seminars and trainings about the activity of local authorities for pupils and students: December, 5 – “Strategic, Program- and Goal-Oriented Approach to Urban Development Planning” December, 6-7 – “E-Governance, Digital Transformation” December, 11-12 – “Powers of Local Authorities. Mechanisms of Decision-Making Process by Kharkiv City Council” December, 11-12 – “Municipal Budget. Formation Sources and Ways of Use”. The Project is implemented at the cost of Participatory Budget.
