Development School “Mayor of the City”

On December, 7 the Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov met the leaders of Kharkiv student government local organizations within the frames of the development school “Mayor of the City”. The meeting was attended by the heads of children’s organizations, school ombudsmen, young journalists. During the meeting ways of solving current challenges in local communities were discussed by the participants. They also presented their initiatives for the “Kharkiv Development Strategy 2030”. Student organizations proposed their projects with a special focus on the implementation of energy efficient technologies, the development of a safe educational environment, creation of inclusive creative space, popularization of healthy life style etc.
