INFO SESSION - PUBLIC CALL FOR CO-FINANCING MEASURES FOR ENERGY REHABILITATION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, FAMILY HOUSES AND APARTMENTS IN NIŠ IN 2021

The goal of implementing measures for energy rehabilitation of residential buildings, family houses and apartments is to improve energy efficiency in the residential sector and increase the use of renewable energy sources in households in Niš. The City of Niš and the Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia have concluded an Agreement on co-financing of this Programme. The allocation for co-financing is 19.000.000 RSD. The City will finance 50% of the expenses for insulation of private apartments and houses, replacement of carpentry and furnaces and installation of solar collectors. Info sessions will present measures that are co-financed and detailed conditions for the distribution and use of funds; participants implementing energy efficiency improvement measures, the manner of their participation and role; the manner of providing financial resources, percentage of co-financing; the conditions for companies which will be hired to do job; conditions of application for citizens and selection criteria; monitoring and reporting.
