Communication with students

During 2021 year, Lviv City Council held traditional meetings with young people and students of higher educational institutions of the city. At these meetings, guests were introduced to the tools of public participation, focusing on the Public Budget of Lviv. Students learned how to write and submit a quality project, how to conduct an advocacy campaign and win the vote. Representatives of the Lviv City Council encouraged young people to write nature-oriented and environmental projects, as they are relevant and give the author the opportunity to express himself. At these meetings, young people presented the "Catalog of Green Solutions" — a brochure with a list of environmental ideas, developed jointly with civic activists. In this way, we focused the attention of young people and students on environmental issues, while offering practical solutions.
